Orders
- Find the product you love and choose a size and click on 'add to cart' or on 'buy it now' to head straight to the cart.
- If you are not redirected to your cart immediately, click on the cart icon in the top right hand corner.
- Select check out and enter your details.
- Choose between delivery or in-store pick up.
- Select 'continue to shipping' and 'continue to payment'.
- Select your preferred payment method. You will then be redirected to the payment gateway.
- Once you have completed the payment, you will receive an order number and a confirmation email.

We offer free door-to-door courier delivery anywhere in South Africa. Deliveries take 2 to 7 working days. Deliveries to outlying areas, as stipulated by the courier company, may take slightly longer in delivery time. For made-to-order items, please allow 7 to 10 working days for delivery.
We know you're super excited for to receive your item/s - for this reason we always try deliver as quickly as possible within the above timeline guides. In the unfortunate event that there is a delay for any reason, we will communicate this with you as soon as possible.
For genuine fashion emergencies, we will do our best to assist, but please note there may be additional rush order fees applicable, such as courier services
Regrettably, once your order has been placed we cannot guarantee we will be able to change your delivery address and/or products. Please reach out to us at romy@fluidityclothing.co.za as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your order.
You can track shipment of your Products by clicking on the "Tracking" link in the Shipping Confirmation email and/or head toĀ order statusĀ and enter your email address.
We always aim to dispatch and deliver orders as quickly as possible, as we know you are super excited to receive your order. However should you have a genuine fashion emergency, please contact us directly with your order number and we will see how/if we can assist.Ā
*Please note, rush orders may incur additional fees such as specialised courier service fees.
Shipping and delivery
We offer a range of delivery options to receive the products purchased on our site. You can choose the one that best suits your personal needs.
Door to door delivery:
- Standard Delivery is freeĀ
- Delivery within 3-7 working days
- Delivery is Monday to Friday during business hours
In-store pick-up
- Ready within 3-7 days
- Pick up times are between 10am -3pm Monday to Friday
- A pick up notification will be emailed once the order is ready for collection.
Please reach out to us for international delivery options.
Returns & Exchanges
- Log in to your account:
- In the "email" field, enter your email address, and then click "continue".
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
- Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click "request return".
Once logging a return we will notify you if the return/exchange has been accepted and send a courier waybill for collection. The first return/exchange cost is covered by Fluidity, thereafter all costs will be covered by the customer.

Exchanges and returns can be done at our studio. Please reach out to tenisha@fluidityclothing.co.za to arrange the process.
Items bought via our online store cannot be returned/exchanged at our stockists.
It may take up to 7 working days for the credit to reflect in your account if done via EFT, and longer if done via Payfast.
Refunds and exchanges are not applicable on:
- Sale items
- Custom ordered products (size/colour/print)
- Gift cards
- Worn items and/or the tags are taken off
- Items that have been altered in any way
- Items that were not bought directly from our online store
- Should an item be returned without any relevant accessories, we are entitled (subject to applicable law) to refuse the return, or to estimate the approximate value of the missing accessories and deduct that off the total refund amount.

Custom Items
Where possible, we will gladly assist you with a custom colour/print (depending on fabric availability) and in some cases sizing, in existing styles/designs only.
We do not offer any additions/alterations/changes to existing styles/designs.

We unfortunately do not offer alterations or hemming of garments.

Gift Vouchers
We do! And they make fantastic gifts - whether for a birthday, for a secret santa, or a work incentive gift.
We offer vouchers from R250 to R2000. Should you wish to purchase a custom amount not offered, please contact us directly.
