Gift Voucher FAQ's
Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase.
Gift voucher cannot be cancelled, exchanged or returned for cash.
You can use another payment method at checkout if the balance of your Gift Voucher isn't quite enough.
After you've made your purchase, any remaining balance will be saved for next time as long as you use it before the expiry date.
- Returns made on sales using vouchers will be refunded by another voucher, and not by cash. All other return policies apply.
- Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase.
- Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Fluidity Gift Vouchers can only be used on the Fluidity online store and select Fluidity Pop Up Shops.
- Fluidity Gift Vouchers cannot be used at other stockists of Fluidity clothing.
